Behavioral Code of Conduct
In order to help ensure a pleasurable shopping experience we ask all
visitors to avoid the following:
1. Sexually explicit language or behavior.
2. Using obscene language, gestures, and any types of slurs.
3. Threats of violence, fighting, and abuse of any kind.
4. Being part of any activity which is illegal or is in violation of
any law, ordinance, rule or statute.
5. Wearing clothing which indicates gang membership or to show gang
behavior.
6. Carrying or displaying weapons of any kind except those carried
by law enforcement.
7. Possessing any open container of alcohol or consuming alcohol.
8. Being intoxicated or being under the influence of illegal drugs.
9. Screaming or generating noise loud enough to be bothersome to
other mall patrons.
10. Running, horseplay, skating, skateboarding, rollerblading,
bicycling; or creating a disturbance which disrupts the shopping
enjoyment of mall patrons.
11. Any form of solicitation without prior written permission of
mall management.
12. Attendance of unaccompanied children under 18 years of age.
13. Failing to wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
14. Damaging, destroying and removing any real or personal property
in or on the mall property.
15. Parking in fire lanes, no parking areas, erratic or careless
driving; parking violators may be subject to towing at the vehicle
owner’s expense.
16. Smoking inside the mall or around mall entrance.
The above list is not all inclusive and can be modified at any time
by mall management.
Violation of this code of conduct can result in expulsion from the
mall in addition to any or legal solution the mall should see fit to
exercise.
West Hill Mall is a private property and no rights shall accrue to
the public by virtue of the public’s entry into the mall or on mall
property. The list of conduct rules above is not intended to deprive
any person of their applicable civil rights or liberties under the
law.
